Introduction to the company

Development Resources was established in 1980 by Director, Martin Hughes, a highly experienced trainer and consultant.  He formed the company in the belief that everyone can be more effective providing they have the goals and support to enable them to develop their full potential.

Since 1980, the company has expanded to provide a comprehensive service to organisations undergoing change in a fast-moving environment and those who recognise the increased business benefits gained by investing in the continuous development of their employees.
