Training assignments
3-day Career Development workshop for an IT manufacturer. This workshop explored career development in today's environment with the aim of creating opportunities for participants to evaluate their career needs, to prepare a plan for personal development and to look at their career position in the context of the organisation as a whole.
Teambuilding programme for a government department. This residential, two-day event involved everyone in the team. Activities included a range of short term tasks, some work related discussions and a longer competitive (fun) exercise between teams. Action planning for changes and improvements to work methods was a theme throughout.
Team Leadership for an oil company Team leaders from many parts of the company and from different functions worked together on this intensive 5-day course. All aspects of the strengthening, developing and leading of teams were addressed. Participants went away empowered to lead their teams.
Management Development programme for the Police Force This modular, 7-day programme over 6 months concentrated on development of skills and was therefore intensively practical. Participants also learnt the full background to good management and some took up the option of an add-on NVQ. |
